Betty Graham

Betty Graham is the President of Frisco Lender Services, LLC (FLS), an appraisal management company providing appraisals, flood certifications, and IRS tax transcripts to mortgage companies. Through her leadership, the company has grown from two to over 60 employees, producing over 85,000 appraisals per year.

Under Betty’s direction, FLS has become known for its culture of extraordinary customer service, teamwork, and professionalism. With an emphasis on continuous improvement and well-trained staff, she ensures employees are provided the opportunity to pursue learning and development activities. Devoted to service and giving back to the community, Betty encourages FLS participation in FairwayCares, #FairwayJOY, and FLS Family Outreach initiatives.

With over 19 years of sales, management, and operations experience in the mortgage industry, Betty focuses on building relationships throughout FLS and Fairway to improve communication and provide exceptional service. Her areas of expertise include conflict resolution, problem solving, team training, and strategic growth planning. She has received several awards for her outstanding performance, management, and sales achievements.

With a passion for coaching and mentoring, Betty is committed to developing and training individuals to reach their maximum potential and become strong leaders. She is a Richard Barrett Values-Based Leadership Certified Consultant and Jack Canfield Certified Trainer. Sharing her knowledge of business leadership success strategies, she frequently presents across the country to diverse audiences, including appraisers, real estate agents, and other groups.

Betty recently authored the story of her own successful career. As a contributor to the book Fashionably LATE: Real Life Stories of (Finally!) Showing Up! by Danne Reed, she inspires readers with The Secret to Success.

Betty holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is a current member of the Collateral Risk Network Association and the National Mortgage Bankers Association.
